This set of workshops follows on from Series One, or for anyone with some experience of working with acrylic paint.
Over the four weeks we will consider some of the basic elements of composition and image construction. Looking at examples of work from a selection of artists and artistic movements. As part of a journey toward self-expression we will experiment and create our own interpretations.
The exercises and subject material are carefully selected to help you develop a greater familiarity and confidence with the medium of acrylic paint.
Whilst working on the exercises you will be encouraged to explore the development of your own individual approaches to painting and image making.
